Carrie Lin
I began taking painting classes one year after I retired from Pfizer as a computer software developer. At first, painting was just a hobby, but I soon found myself deeply fond of it and the art become my major interest and passion. Currently, I am taking art classes at WMU.
Inspired by the beauty of the changing seasons in Michigan, I started plein air painting two years ago. Since then, I have devoted my artworks mostly to landscape paintings. My primary mediums are watercolor and pastel.
I am a member of the Plein Air Artists of West Michigan, the Paw Paw Art Association and the Battle Creek Society of Art.
